SHIPPING POLICY

Where We Ship: We offer shipping to the contiguous United States and select locations in Canada. Shipping to the contiguous United States is free. Additional charges apply for shipping to Canada.

Processing & Delivery Times: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day. Processing does not include weekends or holidays. If your item is in stock, you can expect to receive your order in approximately 5 business days.

LTL Freight Shipments: Some larger items (such as the Mammoth Fire Pit, models PFP3318 and PFP3318-C) ship via LTL freight and are typically processed within 3 business days.

Pre-Order Items: If you purchase a pre-order product, the estimated ship date will be displayed on the product page prior to purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Order Confirmation & Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
