Outside air is pulled up through the cutouts in the base of the fire pit and injected into the burn chamber. The heated air is released through the holes at the top of the burn chamber, providing an extra oxygen boost that improves combustion. The improved burn removes all wood particles, ash, and sparks, creating an enjoyable smokeless fire.

The award-winning, patent-pending design creates a highly efficient smokeless burn. The improved burn vaporizes wood particles, creating little to no smoke or embers. Achieving a smokeless fire depends greatly on how well the fire is built.

Place the fire pit on a level surface away from combustible materials and clear any dry grass or overhanging branches. Set the burn chamber onto the ash catch stand and press down until it clicks into place. Fill the burn chamber with about 2 inches of wood pieces or pellets and light the fire. As the fire burns down, slowly add more fuel. Adding too much wood or pellets at once may create extra smoke until the fire fully ignites.

Blue Sky smokeless fire pits are made from heavy-duty, steel. Designed for outdoor use, depending on the model, finishes may include stainless steel or a high-temperature black powder-coated finish.

Blue Sky Outdoor Living offers two different designs of smokeless fire pits. Our square Smokeless fire pit requires minimal assembly: four side panels and 12 nuts and bolts. The fire pit side panels have a tongue-and-groove design, which makes assembly easy and takes only 10 minutes or less! Our round Smokless fire pits require only the ask catch to be placed inside for assembly.

You can burn standard firewood, wood pellets, or a combination of both.

Wood pellets are offered at a variety of retailers: Tractor Supply, Menards, Walmart, Lowe’s, etc. Check with your local retailer to find out if they sell wood pellets. A 40 lb bag lasts roughly 6–8 hours.

No, do not use dangerous flammable liquids such as gasoline, alcohol, diesel fuel, or kerosene to light or relight fires. We recommend using a fire starter to get the initial burn going.

Wait until the fire pit and all remaining ash are completely cool. Use a small whisk broom or your hand to push ash and leftover wood or pellets into the center of the grate. Lift the ash catch by the two handles and pull it straight up from the fire pit. Remove the grate and allow the ash to fall into the ash catch, then empty the cooled contents into a waste container or designated disposal area. 

For models with a stainless steel finish, clean the exterior with a soft cloth and a stainless steel cleaner to help maintain the finish.

*Do not empty the ash catch tray of any burned residue until the burned materials have completely cooled.*

Our fire pits are made from steel and are exposed to very high temperatures during use. The burn chamber can reach temperatures above 1,200°F (650°C). Because of these extreme conditions, the high-temperature paint may fade, peel, or develop surface rust over time. This is normal and does not affect the fire pit's performance.

If desired, the finish can be refreshed with high-temperature paint commonly used on BBQ grills and other high-heat appliances. Keeping the fire pit covered when not in use can help slow weathering and extend the life of the finish.

Two people are recommended for assembly and installation. Our patented folding design assembles quickly, making setup simple from the start. 

The cabinets should be installed on a hard, level surface such as concrete, stone, wood, or composite decking. Installation directly on grass or soil is not recommended.

It’s recommended to leave approximately 3 feet of walking space in front of and beside the cabinets for safe operation and movement.

The cabinets include adjustable leveling feet that allow installers to level the kitchen on slightly uneven surfaces. However, the surface should not exceed a slope of 15 degrees.

Yes. Cabinets can be bolted together through the side panels using the included hardware to create a stable multi-cabinet kitchen layout.

Customers may return any product purchased, for any reason, within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in new and resellable condition, and returned in accordance with our return guidelines. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days of item receipt.

Please note that your RMA will require you to return the item at your own expense and is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Blue Sky Outdoor Living cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit during the return process. Please be sure to properly package and insure all return shipments.
