Our fire pits are designed for use with wood pellets only. Do not burn charcoal
briquettes, lump charcoal, manufactured logs, driftwood, trash, leaves, paper,
cardboard, plywood or painted, stained or pressure-treated wood. Do not use
flammable liquids such as gasoline, alcohol, diesel fuel, kerosene or charcoal

The fire pit should not be left outside uncovered when not in use. Store
your fire pit in a dry location out of the weather to ensure continued use.
Exposure to weather, heavy use and UV rays may cause this product to
developed a rusted patina. Consider purchasing one of our protective covers to extend the life of your fire pit.
Once the fire begins to die down, the flame will become visibly smaller with less heat. Slowly add more pellets to reach back up to the 2” depth. Adding too many pellets at once risks a temporary increase in smoke or risks suffocating the pellets that are lit, thus extinguishing your flame. We recommend looking for the pellet spots that are getting low and filling these spots in first.
Once you’re ready for the fire to burn out, simply stop adding pellets. One of the great aspects of using pellets is that, once the fire burns out, it is out. There is no more need to worry about hot embers overnight or the next morning, like you do with traditional fire wood.
Wood pellets are offered at a variety of retailers: Tractor Supply, Menards, Walmart, Lowe’s, etc. Check with your local retailer to find out if they sell wood pellets. A 40 lb bag lasts roughly 6-8 hours.
Yes, our portable fire pit comes with a carrying bag for your convenience. Our design allows the fire pit to nest together for easy, compact, and efficient transport. When your portable fire pit is not in use, we suggest storing in this bag to help prevent rusting.
All high-efficiency fire pits should be inspected and cleaned regularly after each use. To clean stainless steel units, wipe in the direction of the grain using a microfiber cloth. Use dishsoap or a cleaner specifically formulated for use on stainless steel.
